The inaugural AFAA Brilliance Awards will celebrate outstanding achievements in advertising at an online event scheduled for October 28, 2024. Winners will be presented with their trophies during this unique digital ceremony.
Srinivasan Swamy, Chairman of the Asian Federation of Advertising Associations (AFAA), announced, “The Brilliance Awards recognize the hard work behind advertising that truly builds great brands. The response to our first edition has been overwhelmingly positive, with 72 entries submitted across ten carefully selected categories, reflecting the highest advertising spends. These entries were judged by an elite Pan Asian jury, comprised of senior advertisers who have made significant contributions to brand-building across diverse markets. The online presentation will showcase this diverse continent’s talent.”
The AFAA Brilliance Awards aim to acknowledge exceptional work rooted in comprehensive client briefs and executed through meticulously crafted media plans. The awards spotlight creativity and effectiveness in advertising across ten top categories: Automotive & Accessories; Banking, Insurance & Finance; Consumer Durables & Electronics; Food & Beverages; E-commerce & Online Services; Fashion & Personal Care; Pharma, Hygiene & Wellness; Real Estate & Furnishing; Telecom & Technology; and Travel, Tourism & Hospitality.
The distinguished jury includes:

The online presentation will take place at various times across Asia: South Korea at 3 PM, Malaysia and Taiwan at 2 PM, Vietnam at 1 PM, India at 11:30 AM, and Pakistan at 11 AM.
