Mumbai : Satbir Singh has announced the launch of his own advertising agency, ‘Thinkstr’. He left FCB Ulka as its Chief Creative Officer recently.
Singh has 20 years of stint in various ad agencies such as Grey, Leo Burnett and Ogilvy, besides his tenure with Havas Worldwide. He had joined Havas in 2005 when it was known as Euro RSCG, as Executive Creative Director of the Delhi branch. Prior to which he was Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather for five years (2000-2005). From 1998-2000, Singh was Associate Creative Director at Leo Burnett.
Singh had joined FCB Ulka in January 2015 from Havas Worldwide. At Havas Worldwide he almost completed a decade of service. During his stint with FCB Ulka, Singh led some memorable work across brands like Snapdeal, Tata Salt, Zee, etc.
Over the years, he has worked on memorable brands across categories like Daewoo Automobiles, Volvo, LML, Panasonic, Voltas, LG, Reckitt Benckiser, among others, and has led and authored memorable and award winning campaigns like Incredible India! for India Tourism and Bajate Raho for Red FM.
Singh has won accolades and awards at all important national and international forums including Cannes, One Show and D&AD. He is a blogger and twitterati of repute and was named amongst India’s 100 most digitally influential people last year.
