MUMBAI: Online platform dedicated to sports FanCode will be exclusively streaming the Hero World Challenge 2024. Indian golf fans can now catch all the action live from Albany, Bahamas, from till 8 December on FanCode for free.
The Hero World Challenge, hosted by Tiger Woods benefits the TGR Foundation. This year, the tournament has 20 of the world’s top-ranked golfers, including Scottie Scheffler, Jason Day, Ludvig Aberg, Justin Thomas. The field will also have three players of Indian-origin, – Sahith Theegala, Akshay Bhatia and Aaron Rai.
Eight members of the US’ victorious 2024 Presidents Cup team (Scheffler, Wyndham Clark, Patrick Cantlay, Sahith Theegala, Keegan Bradley, Russell Henley, Sam Burns and Brian Harman) and three members of the International team (Sungjae Im, Tom Kim and Jason Day) will compete at Albany.
Hero and Tiger Woods Foundation came together for the HWC in 2014 and will now be together till at least 2030, making it one of the longest relationships on the PGA Tour.
Fans can stream the Hero World Challenge live on the FanCode app and watch on the website for free. This further strengthens FanCode’s golf portfolio which already includes LIV Golf, Ladies European Tour, European PGA Tour etc.
