Bengaluru: Evenflow, recognised as India’s leading house of brands and the only profitable player in this sector globally, has announced a strategic expansion of its leadership team with four significant appointments across key functions, including business, category management, supply chain, and sourcing. This initiative aligns with Evenflow’s ambitious target of increasing revenue tenfold and profits sixfold by 2027.
To enhance its supplier network and optimise supply chain operations in India, Evenflow has brought on Priyesh Singh from Decathlon. Aparajitha Vijayaraghavan, formerly with Dunzo, will lead the quick commerce segment, while Prashant Agarwal will oversee the marketplace and D2C initiatives. Prashant’s extensive background from roles at Hopscotch, ABFRL, and Titan provides a valuable blend of online and offline experience.
Ruchi Shaikh, a former project manager at HP and a D2C entrepreneur, has also joined the team to focus on the growth of BabyPro and to enhance CRED as a strategic channel.
This announcement follows the recent promotion of Shashank Ranjan to co-founder, who has been with Evenflow since 2022 as head of sourcing, after previous experience at Udaan and Decathlon.
Utsav Agarwal, CEO and Co-founder of Evenflow, expressed enthusiasm about the new hires, stating, “Over the last 24 months, we have achieved remarkable milestones, moving from a monthly loss of $200,000 to profitability. Looking ahead, it is crucial for us to scale our operations while focusing on our three pillars: People, Process, and Product. I am thrilled to welcome Priyesh, Prashant, Aparajitha, and Ruchi to the team. Their diverse expertise will significantly enhance our strategic direction and execution.”
Founded in 2021 by Utsav Agarwal, a former executive at Uber and Glovo, Evenflow has attracted investment from notable backers including 100unicorns, Village Global, and Kunal Shah. The company has acquired seven brands—Xtrim, Yogarise, Rusabl, BabyPro, Trendy Homes, Cinagro, and Frenchware—spanning home & kitchen, sports & fitness, and baby care categories. Through effective use of online marketplaces, Evenflow has recorded an impressive growth rate of 350%.
Currently, Evenflow’s products are available on major platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, CRED, Zepto, and Instamart, contributing to its ongoing success in the market.
