Mumbai: Nick Lawson, the global Chief Executive of EssenceMediacom, has announced the global leadership roles for the merged agency, which will be functional from 2023.
The key appointments include Josh Krichefski, as the global chief operating officer. Krichefski will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the global network. He is currently holding the positions of global chief operating officer and EMEA CEO of MediaCom, and prior to that, he had served as MediaCom UK chief executive.
Claire Camara has been named as the Global Chief People Officer. Charlotte Frijns is appointed as the Global Chief Financial Officer and will be leading the commercial and financial strategy for the agency
Sarah Walker has been named Global Chief Marketing Officer and will be leading the development of the agency brand, business strategy, and go-to-market approach.
Richard Mooney, who is currently holding the position of Essence’s global chief data officer, is appointed to the same role at EssenceMediacom.
Tim Irwin, the global COO and previously the EMEA CEO of Essence, is appointed as the EMEA CEO of EssenceMediaCom.
MediaCom’s Rupert McPetrie is appointed as the CEO for the APAC region, and Marina Gunther will hold the position of CEO for the LATAM region.
Frances Ralston-Good takes over as the Global Chief Transformation Officer, and she will build the transformation agenda for the agency’s clients and people.
Ian Rotherham is the Global Chief Growth Officer. Matthew Mee is named as the Global Chief Strategy Officer and will lead the communications strategy function.
