Mumbai: EssenceMediacom, GroupM’s newest media agency, has appointed Vivek Das as the new Managing Partner and MFG (Google) Lead for India and Southeast Asia.
Vivek is set to drive Google’s growth journey out of EssenceMediacom’s Delhi office.
Vivek, an experienced professional in digital and integrated marketing for over 21 years, succeeded Vinish Mathews at Mindshare. Prior roles at WPP and Omnicom included handling major clients like Airtel, Nokia, Ford, Disney Star, PepsiCo, and Hindustan Unilever. Notably, in his last position at GroupM’s Mindshare, he oversaw consulting, data, analytics, and technology functions, earning significant recognition.
Aside from his accomplishments, he mentors founders and promotes DEI.
