Mumbai : Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd’s creative and production studio Essel Vision Production Limited (EVPL) enters the South Market with its maiden production titled “Thirumangalyam”. The fiction series with a unique concept based on the life and sacrifices of policemen and the ordeals of their families.
The show will be aired on Zee Tamizh from 10 November, every Monday to Friday, at 7:30 PM.
The story centres around the journey and conflicts in the life of the lead protagonist Sandhya (Sreevani), the daughter of Asst. Commissioner of Police, Vijaykumar (Ajay Ratnam). She is very clear that she will not marry a cop in her life. As she herself is a witness to the sufferings of a cops family members and being the daughter of a police officer. But destiny clearly has other plans for her, as she falls in love with an ordinary constable Murugan (Sridhar). Her troubled married life and the problems the two families face forms the crux of the story.
