Mumbai: Endemol Shine India today announced the elevation of Trevellyn Fynn, as Business Head – Youth & Lifestyle. This elevation is a significant step towards further building Endemol Shine India’s footprint in the youth & lifestyle domain. In his new role, Trevellyn will oversee the business development for the youth and lifestyle segment with a focus on content planning, acquisition, analysis and strategy. Trevellyn will also further expand and build the company’s portfolio in the country, by adapting previously unseen international formats and creating new formats for the Indian market.
A veteran in the television industry Trevellyn,who was previously Senior Creative Director at Endemol Shine, has over 18 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge in all aspects of television across multiple genres – from creative direction to planning, strategy, understanding research and promotions. Through the years he has straddled multiple profiles & roles and has gained experience from different types of shows including large format non -fiction shows like Indian Idol, Bigg Boss, MasterChef, Fear Factor etc.
Prior to joining Endemol Shine India, he was associated with the likes of Colosceum and UTV and has led home grown formats like MTV Bakra, Splitsvilla, The Big Switch & Fearless. Thoroughly at home with content creation, Trevellyn has conceptualized, written, directed or helmed over 500 hours of content.
