DViO Digital, one of India’s leading full-stack growth marketing companies with a strong global presence, collaborates with Mesa School of Business to launch Mesa’s 12-month ‘Start-up Leadership’ program. DViO’s past experience in working with top universities within and outside the country, along with a robust strategy led to the onboarding of 63 outstanding individuals for the founding cohort within a record span of three months.
In a market dominated by conventional B-schools, DViO had a challenging task to create awareness for the unique start-up leadership program of Mesa and bring in student registrations from those with a minimum work experience of 2 years. Additionally, the program did not have the benefit of past placement records and degree offering.
Taking the challenge head on, DViO established a specialized cross-functional team tailored to Mesa’s objectives. In DViO’s parlance, this meant assembling a “wolf pack” – a cohesive unit that seamlessly integrates with the business, functioning as an internal growth marketing squad. This “wolf pack” was singularly focused on one primary objective across all channels: recruiting the 63 students for the inaugural cohort.
For the campaign, hundreds of audience combinations were experimented within controlled, lab-like settings to define the performing mix and refine hypotheses rooted in data-driven insights. Visually striking and distinct ad designs were created to garner the attention of varied audience sets. Early observations revealed the necessity of tweaking the approach: LinkedIn influencers had a more significant impact compared to the ones on Instagram; the Call-to-Action (CTA) was modified to promote workshops and features like “click to WhatsApp” were tested.
The synergy between DViO Digital’s marketing acumen and Mesa School of Business’s innovative approach resulted in an overwhelming 11,000 inquiries in three months, culminating in the enrolment of the targeted 60 standout individuals.
“DViO Digital’s expertise transformed our challenges into stepping stones. Their precision-guided approach, combined with our vision, made this success possible,” said Varun Limaye, co-founder of Mesa School.
“This collaboration is a testament to how two entities, with aligned goals and innovative approaches, can rewrite the rules of engagement in the educational sector,” added Ankit Agarwal, co-founder of Mesa School.
“Our partnership with Mesa School of business is a testament to the power of DViO Digital’s growth marketing framework.
