Smita Murarka has stepped down as Duroflex’s CMO. She had joined the oraganisation in 2020 as the Vice President – Marketing and E-commerce, and was later elevated as CMO in April 2021.
She mentioned about her stepping down in her LinkedIn post.
She has not mentioned about her next move.
At Duroflex she has been a key CXO in transforming a legacy, regional offline business in a fragmented industry, into a leading national omni multichannel brand – with digital first approach resulting in 2.5X growth for the group within 2 years.
An alumni of ICFAI Business School, she has a rich experience of over 19 years in the industry.
She was also associated with organisations namely, MAS Holdings, Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., Landmark Group, to name a few.
