Mumbai: Dome@NSCI, India’s premier entertainment and leisure destination, hosted the grand finale of fbbColorsFemina Miss India 2018 on Tuesday, 19 June, 2018. The swanky event marked the 55th edition of the annual beauty pageant, which saw the beloved current Miss World ManushiChillar crown finalist Anukreethy Vas, as the coveted FBB ColorsFeminaMiss India World 2018, who will represent India at the Miss World 2018pageant to be held later this year.
The iconic destination welcomed celebrities and public alike to a full house, to see the glamorous event, which has been enthralling the young and old in India for long. Hosted by filmmaker extraordinaire Karan Joharand actor AyushmanKhurrana, it saw electric performances by Madhuri Dixit Nene, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Jacqueline Fernandes.
30 state winners, who were earlier unveiled here in Mumbai, sashayed down the stage in creations by Gaurav Gupta in an evening of fashion, talent, style and festivity. After various rounds like Dances of India, FBB Pankanj Nidhi, and Gaurav Gupta round, the top 5 contestants shared their views and mindfulness in the suspenseful finale question round. In addition to Anukreethy Vas, who was crowned FBB Colors Femina Miss India World 2018, Meenakshi Chaudhary was crowned Fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2018 first Runner up and ShreyaRao as FbbColorsFemina Miss India 2018 second runner up. The winners will represent India at Miss Grand International 2018 and Miss United Continents 2018 respectively.
