Disney Star has partnered with T Ten Global to broadcast four exciting T10 cricket tournaments in India over the next four months. This two-year agreement includes coverage of the Zim Afro T10, US Masters T10, Abu Dhabi T10, and the newly launched Lanka T10, providing fans with extensive English and regional language options.
T Ten Global, a subsidiary of Mulk International, has been a leader in the T10 format since its debut in Sharjah in 2017. Under the leadership of Chairman Nawab Shaji Ul Mulk, T10 cricket has expanded significantly, with seven seasons held in the UAE and new tournaments introduced in Africa, the U.S., and Asia.
Harry Griffith, Disney Star’s Head of Acquisitions & Syndication-Sports, expressed excitement about the partnership, noting that cricket is a festival in India and this collaboration will enhance fan engagement with T10’s fast-paced action.
Nawab Shaji Ul Mulk emphasized the importance of Star Sports’ support, calling it a potential game-changer for T10 cricket in India.
The 2024 T10 season kicks off with the Zim Afro T10 on September 21, featuring players like David Warner and Dawid Malan, followed by the US Masters T10 from November 8 to 19, and the Abu Dhabi T10 from November 21 to December 2. The Lanka T10 will conclude the season from December 12 to 22.
