Mumbai: Shyam Steel Dishum International Bhojpuri Film Awards (IBFA) 2018, which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the 21st of July 2018. The event will be aired exclusively on Dishum Channel on 15th August 2018 at 8 pm, which will mark the 1st Anniversary of Dishum.
Dishum IBFA has become synonymous with the Best of Bhojpuri entertainment coupled with the biggest Bhojpuri stars all under one roof. It is rare that language television pushes the boundary to create rooted marque properties on foreign shores and Bhojpuri Dhamaka Dishum is one of those rare exceptions which has time and again proven the same. The event was held last year in London at the world renowned O2 Arena and this year moved onto KL, Malaysia.
It was a packed audi at Dewan Wawasan, Kuala Lumpur to celebrate the 2nd Dishum IBFA 2018 and Krushna Abhishek and Vinay Anand- the anchors of the show- brought the house down with their tongue in cheek humour. Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan matched the spirit of the anchor duo and created some unforgettable moments.
Pawan Singh and Madhu Sharma won the Dishum Viewers’ Choice Best Actor and Best Actress awards respectively. Khesari Lal Yadav and Kajal Raghwani received the Dishum Viewers’ Choice Best Jodi Award. Nirahua and Anjana Singh won the Dishum IBFA Best Actor and Best Actress award respectively.
