Dentsu has elevated Manavendra Davar to the position of APAC Director for Enterprise Platforms, entrusting him with the leadership of the technology platforms team across 14 markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
In this expanded role, Davar will oversee digital transformation efforts across APAC, with a focus on streamlining business processes, driving cost efficiencies through intelligent automation, and embedding AI into key business functions to accelerate decision-making. He will also own the APAC data strategy, focusing on data integration to eliminate silos and create a more cohesive and agile organisation.
Davar’s elevation follows his successful tenure as Director of Digital Transformation for South Asia, where he has been a key leader in driving digital innovation since joining Dentsu in July 2023. During this time, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s transformation initiatives across South Asia markets and in the APAC region.
Before his time at Dentsu, Davar led the sales digitisation agenda at Apple India as the India Lead – BPR (Digital Products) and Digital Operations, where he took ownership of a suite of digital products and solutions. His previous experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Engagement Manager at Accenture, in addition to starting his career as a Software Engineer.
Davar holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
