Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP (Deloitte India) announced a strategic alliance with composable commerce platform Spryker for sophisticated commerce use cases in B2B commerce and enterprise marketplaces.
The alliance will enable businesses to transform their digital commerce landscape across B2B, B2C, and enterprise marketplace ecosystem. It aims to enhance efficiency and scalability, and promote innovation.
Combining Deloitte’s expertise in customer experience advisory, implementation, and operating services with Spryker’s composable architecture, the collaboration will allow Indian organisations to integrate advanced functionalities. These functionalities include personalised customer experiences, omnichannel capabilities, and advanced analytics.
