Debarghya Mitra- former VP Client Services & Head of South at MEC/Essence (Group M) India, has joined Bharat Media Group as National Head- Planning. In his new role, Mitra would be responsible for managing the planning across the group.
During his stint with Essence, Mitra formulated overall business objectives and growth strategies for the company. Prior to Essence, he had a 10-year stint with Madison Media Group as General Manager and Senior Vice President.
Earlier, he was associated with Universal McCann, Euro RSCG, and Optima CIA.
