Bengaluru: DDB Mudra has appointed Priya Shivakumar as the new Creative Head for its South region, marking a significant addition to the agency’s leadership team. In her new role, Priya will work closely with Rahul Mathew, Chief Creative Officer of DDB Mudra Group, and share leadership responsibilities with Menaka Menon, President – Growth and Strategy.
Priya joins DDB Mudra from Wunderman Thompson (JWT), where she quickly ascended from Executive Creative Director in Chennai to Chief Creative Officer for the South. With over two decades of experience, her creative leadership has earned numerous accolades, including Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencils, One Show Pencils, and Spikes Asia awards. Notably, her recent work on the powerful “Hidden Truth” campaign addressing domestic violence received widespread recognition.
