Mumbai: Flipkart Group has appointed Dan Bartlett, Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Walmart Inc., as a new Board Member, effective November 21, 2024. Bartlett brings with him decades of expertise in corporate strategy, public relations, and government affairs.
At Walmart, Bartlett leads the Corporate Affairs division, overseeing public policy, sustainability initiatives, and corporate real estate, including the development of Walmart’s new headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas. His extensive career also includes leadership roles at prominent public relations firms such as Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Public Strategies, Inc., along with key positions in George W. Bush’s presidential and gubernatorial campaigns. He served as counselor to the President during his White House tenure, further cementing his reputation as a seasoned strategist.
