Formerly the President- People & Culture, Devleena S Majumder has added a new feather to her hat by now donning the role of Chief of Staff (COS) at Culture Machine. She will continue to report to CEO & Co-founder, Sameer Pitalwalla.
As Chief of Staff, Devleena will be responsible for driving operations across the board. Her new role will ensure major operations of the organization are streamlined through one source. She was one of the key people responsible to stir a global discussion by introducing the first day of period leave #FOPLeave policy.
Devleena has over 18 years of varied experience in strategic business partnering, organizational development, analytics, employee engagement, organizational culture building, compensation management and leadership talent acquisition.
Speaking about her new role, Devleena said, “Since inception, Culture Machine’s growth has been exemplary. As we gear up for a more streamlined growth phase, our immediate goal is to align corporate functions so that we can leverage both the experience and expertise that our respective teams possess. With the new role, I hope to bring in synergy and rigour to the existing system and ensuring the organization is driven to work towards a common goal.”
