Diabetes the company explains is a leading cause of deaths globally affecting more than a billion people in the world today. India is the second largest home for diabetic patients with a visible alarming rise in recent years and this number is expected to soar further in the coming decades.
By acknowledging doctors as ‘Rakshaks’ or guardians of patient care, particularly in diabetes treatment, the Corona Remedies team tied ‘blue diabetic ring-shaped rakhis’. The aim was to symbolise trust and the promise of protection on the occasion of Rakshabandhan.
