Mumbai: The health-tech company Connect and Heal has announced the appointments of Mithun Patange as Director of Marketing and Communication, Yathish Venkatesh as Head of Performance, and Christina David as Head of Content.
Mithun Patange joins as Director of Marketing and Communication. He has over a decade of experience across high-growth consumer startups and has also been an entrepreneur. He has previously worked with organizations like Simplilearn and Halodoc, among others. In his last role at Halodoc, Indonesia’s largest health tech startup, Mithun architected the organic growth enablers that significantly increased the top-of-the-funnel brand exposure across user touch points. He holds an MBA from MICA Ahmedabad and bachelors from NIFT.
Yathish Venkatesh, Associate Director, Marketing, comes with eight years of work experience across multiple startups, including Halodoc, MoneyTap, and Loco. His last stint was at Halodoc, where he headed the performance marketing function & was instrumental in lowering the user acquisition outlay & yet expanding the user base at that massive scale. Yathish has worked extensively with scaled B2C businesses with deep expertise in consumer behaviour.
Christina David joins as Head of Content for Connect and Heal. She has over seven years of content and communication experience across industries and has been a part of organizations like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Commvault, Mount Litera Zee School, and Pazo. At HP, as the Communication and Engagement lead(internal), Christina led many initiatives & significantly scaled the engagement rates for Global Operations. She is an MBA from Narsee Monjee University of Management Studies.
