Comscore, a global leader in measuring and analyzing consumer behaviors, has announced the appointment of Jackelyn Keller as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Keller brings a wealth of expertise in linear TV, streaming, digital and programmatic advertising, and revenue strategy, positioning her to drive Comscore’s next chapter of measurement innovation in an evolving media landscape.
With over 25 years of pioneering work in media measurement, Comscore is at the forefront of bridging the gap between digital and real-world experiences. Keller’s appointment comes at a pivotal time, as the company continues to lead measurement solutions for the rapidly growing streaming and programmatic sectors.
Keller, who has been an advisor to Comscore’s leadership team since September 2024, has already made an impact by contributing to brand positioning, creative strategy, and go-to-market initiatives. She played a key role in launching Comscore’s Data Divas and Barbershop, Beauty, and Local Buzz franchises.
In her new role as CMO, Keller will focus on streamlining Comscore’s messaging, elevating the brand, and facilitating collaboration across the media ecosystem. Her leadership will support Comscore’s mission to provide unparalleled measurement solutions in today’s fragmented media landscape.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Jackelyn to the executive team,”said Jon Carpenter, Comscore’s CEO. “Her background in operations, product, and revenue strategy, combined with her remarkable talent for creating accessible and impactful brand messaging, makes her the perfect fit to lead our marketing efforts. Jackelyn will help us continue to empower our partners in a rapidly evolving media ecosystem.”
Keller’s impressive career spans roles at Samsung Ads, Quantcast, Discovery Communications, and Turner Broadcasting, where she held leadership positions in ad sales, product marketing, and pricing strategies. At Samsung Ads, she spearheaded the launch of Samsung DSP, and at Quantcast, she served as Global Head of Product Marketing, shaping the brand’s positioning in the AI-powered DSP space.
Reflecting on her appointment, Keller shared her excitement about joining Comscore at a critical time in the media industry’s evolution.
“As a company that has been a trailblazer in measurement innovation for more than 25 years, I’m honored to join Comscore during this transformative period,”Keller said. “Consumers are now in the driver’s seat, and we will continue to serve as a bridge to a largely programmatic future while writing the measurement playbook for streaming, local, and national media.”
Keller holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Communications with a minor in Political Science from Yeshiva University, and an MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where she has served as an adjunct professor since 2021.
