Colors Bangla Cinema has announced a movie festival called ‘Durnitir Dofarofa’. The aim it says is to ignite sentiments of eradicating corruption from society. Movies will air from 26-28 January, 2024 at 1 pm as part of the Republic Day celebrations.
Colors Bangla Cinema added that its ethos revolves around addressing societal issues through the power of storytelling. “Durnitir Dofarofa” exemplifies its commitment to not just celebrating national sentiment on Republic Day but actively contributing to the betterment of our society.
In alignment with the spirit of Republic Day, this festival aims to go beyond conventional patriotic narratives. It aims to delve into the purpose of removing corruption, emphasising that this cause should not be limited to a mere sentiment remembered on one day.
