Mumbai: Collective Artists Network’s youth-focused platform Under 25 has announced the appointment of Jeel Gandhi as its new Chief Executive Officer. As India’s largest youth network, Under 25 is poised for a new era of innovation and impact with Jeel at the helm.
Jeel Gandhi brings with her a strong pulse on Gen Z and millennial audiences and a proven track record of scaling youth-centric platforms. Since joining Under 25, she has led significant growth across both digital and on-ground channels. Under her leadership, the platform has conducted over 100 Summits at Campus (SACs), expanded to more than 30 cities, and impacted 1.5 lakh students directly.
The platform’s digital reach has grown exponentially, surpassing 300 million views and achieving over 500,000 app downloads. It has also made a tangible financial difference for students, driving a ₹3 crore student wallet impact, with more than 40,000 students accessing paid experiences via the Under 25 app.
Commenting on her appointment, Jeel Gandhi said, “Under 25 has always been about creating opportunities and building a movement that empowers young minds. We want every student to feel ready for what’s next, whether it’s launching a career, starting a venture, or pursuing a passion. As we move forward, our focus will remain on scaling our impact, amplifying student voices, and creating transformative experiences that truly get India’s youth ready for life. That means building skills, confidence, exposure, and real-world readiness—far beyond what classrooms typically offer.”
The leadership transition comes at a pivotal time as Under 25 continues to scale its influence within India’s vibrant youth culture and the broader Collective Artists Network ecosystem.

Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO of Collective Artists Network, added, “Under 25 is a trailblazer in the youth space, and Jeel’s leadership has been instrumental in pushing its boundaries further. As we continue to grow Under 25 into the larger Collective ecosystem, her vision and drive will be key to unlocking new avenues of impact. I’m excited to see this next phase of growth under her leadership.”
Positioning itself as a platform for India’s youth to earn, learn, build, and grow, Under 25 is on a mission to redefine what it means to “Get Ready for Life.” With Jeel Gandhi as CEO, the platform is set to expand its role in helping students gain the skills, exposure, and confidence needed to shape their futures — both in and beyond the classroom.
