CoinDCX, India’s leading player in the crypto space, has announced the appointment of Shalini Saxena as its Head of Legal. She will play a pivotal role in fostering a legal framework for the business as the industry evolves and grows. Shalini will provide in-house counsel on the company’s legal mandate and drive process efficiencies.
Shalini comes in with a rich experience of over two decades and has worked across a spectrum of projects in large corporates/MNCs. She has worked with General Electric across their financial, credit card, power, and renewable businesses for the ASEAN region. A significant part of her career has also been with Naspers, to support their Asia startup ventures including strategic investments in Asia. More recently she was heading legal & compliance for Pine Labs across its global presence.

CoinDCX also announced the appointment of Navneet Khangura, Director for Governance, Risk and Compliance, for the Information Security function. She will be responsible for nurturing a strong Information Security culture within CoinDCX. Having served the armed forces for 22 years, where she was responsible for Cyber Security Policy design & Implementation and Infosec Training. Navneet will translate her rich experience and learnings to build a robust risk management and protection framework.
