Mumbai: Chrome Data Analytics and Media Optimal +’s survey on “Top Ads of the week” unveils the most aired ads, most watched ads and most liked ads for week 08.
The study on Top Ads of the week for week 08 was conducted across the country involving 34000 panel homes. The survey throws light on the effectiveness of the advertisements and how the brands have been received by the viewers, against week 07 -2019.
Chrome Optimal+ survey for Week 08 shows that Ministry of Rural Development being a new entrant has topped the most aired ads list this week while last week’s topper Lalitha Jewellery has become the 2nd most aired ad, Swiggy has managed to stay as the 3rd in the list, and the 4th and 5th slot have been occupied by the new entrants Veet Cold Wax Strip and Saubhagya Yogna .
The survey also unveils the “most watched ads” in week 08, in which Dabur Red Paste has become the leader of the category, the brand has climbed to the leadership position from the 3rd place which was its position in the previous week. Last week’s leader Indigo Dirt Proof Water Proof Exterior Lam has stepped down to the 2nd slot in the list while the rest of the places in the list are seen occupied by the new entrants namely Surf Excel Easy Wash, Lifeboy Toilet Soap and Dove Cream Bathing Bar.
Brands like Asso of Mutual Funds in India, Swiggy and Colgate Dental Creamthat was ranked in the most watched ads list last week did not feature in this week’s list.
In week 08, the top two places of the most liked ads category list are seen occupied by new entrants like Odonil Smile and Everest Tikhalal respectively. Further Dove Conditioner and Knorr Soup are seen moving a step ahead against their last week’s ranking to stand at the 3rd and 4th places respectively. However BROOKE BOND TAJ MAHAL dropped to become the 5th most liked ads in week 08
