MUMBAI: Centrum, a Multivitamin Brand has launched an educative campaign highlighting how nutritional gaps may hide in plain sight in one’s daily diet even when we follow regular eating habits such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The campaign focusses on two age-cohorts, targeting adults and senior citizens above 50 years of age on the potential nutritional gaps that may exist in their diets, and how to adequately address them with the right multivitamins.
The nutritional gaps highlighted in the films are ones that many Indians suffer from, often caused by inadequate intake of micronutrients. Through the campaign, Centrum urges Indians to acknowledge these possible nutritional gaps in their diet, identify the early signs of micronutrient deficiency, such as fatigue, loss of energy, joint pain, etc., and incorporate daily multivitamins in their lives along with a balanced diet and an active lifestyle. The films aim to underscore the need for Indians to examine their diet closely and understand that a full plate may not always mean full nutrition.
Using a visual demo in its films, the brand has partnered with real health experts to illustrate the importance of multivitamins in bridging nutritional gaps that exists even with a nutritious diet. Centrum multivitamins play a crucial role in bridging these gaps by providing the essential vitamins and minerals needed to meet recommended daily requirements.
Garima Gupta, category lead- Vitamin and Mineral Supplements, Haleon ISC, said, “In today’s fast-paced world, maintaining a truly balanced diet can be challenging. We recognise that food is deeply personal, connecting us to our culture, families, and memories. However, our modern lifestyle can sometimes create nutritional gaps, even when we enjoy a diverse diet. Our films illustrate these gaps through easy-to-understand visual demonstrations. Centrum multivitamins are tailored to Indian RDAs (Recommended Dietary Allowance), helping to fill these gaps and keep us healthy health from within.”
The films are live across TV and popular platforms such as YouTube, Instagram among others.
Through this campaign, Centrum looks to continue educating Indians of all ages on how to listen to their bodies and understand their deeper nutritional needs. By promoting holistic wellness from within, we encourage everyone to feel the difference, every day.
