Chennai: Catalyst Public Relations, a PR agency based in Chennai, has been honoured with the Bronze Medal in the Digital Publishing category at the prestigious National Awards for Public Relations, organized by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI). The award was presented during PRCI’s 14th Annual Award Ceremony and National Conference held in Mangalore, Karnataka, on November 9, 2024.
Catalyst PR earned the accolade for its outstanding work in digital content creation, specifically for publishing 100 blogs related to public relations across its social media platforms. These blogs reached over 100,000 people, raising awareness about the PR industry and effectively showcasing the agency’s expertise in the field.
P. Amarnath, Head of the Client Service Division at Catalyst PR, accepted the award on behalf of the agency. The award was presented by P. Krishna Bhat, a retired Judge of the Karnataka High Court, during the ceremony attended by distinguished figures such as M. B. Jayaram, Founder of PRCI, Geetha Shankar, President of PRCI, and Dr. Mamatha Lala from K. P. Bhabha Hospital, Mumbai.
With over 500 nominations from across the country, PRCI’s awards recognize excellence in more than 50 categories within the public relations domain. Catalyst PR stands out as the only PR agency from South India to have won an award from PRCI this year, underscoring its leadership and innovative approach in the PR space.
