Cartoon Network, the kids’ entertainment brand in India, is set to celebrate International Cat Day. The day is celebrated annually on August 8 and is dedicated to raising awareness about these beautiful animals. This year, Cartoon Network in India and around the globe has a slew of activities and special programming planned. Cartoon Network will be transformed entirely into Cat-Toon Network – home of Tom.
The brand has planned few fun activities on Cartoon Network’s Facebook page with the #CatToonNetworkChallenge.
One can partake in the fun with Cat-Toon Network’s memes, riddles, jokes and a lot more engaging digital content! Simultaneously get to know more about cats, feline traits and ways to care for them. Join in-house cats Tom and Sylvester to encourage and spread the message – ‘Adopt Don’t Shop’!
The viewers can participate in the #CatToonNetworkChallenge contest and share their beloved cat’s cheekiest and coolest photos, whether they are dressed up like a diva or funny videos of them dancing to the Cat-Toon Network theme song!
On August 8, the channel will broadcast back-to-back and all-new episodes of ‘The Tom and Jerry Show’ from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm only on Cat-Toon Network.
