Media agency Carat has brought Adam Bow from its American operation to head up its Asia Pacific content offering based in Singapore.
Bow moves to the region as regional director of content and digital, a new role at the agency. He was formerly head of content and digital planning at Carat in New York.
Carat’s APAC boss Sean O’Brien said: “More and more marketers are looking for strong content to support their media strategy, so it’s important we have the right team in place to support this need. Adam’s experience and skillset is the perfect addition. Having driven the content strategy for the US for the past two years I’m confident he will support our clients well in his new role here in Asia Pacific.”
Bow began his career in marketing in 2006, where he worked as marketing manager at Performance Bridge Advertising. He has also worked at PHD and MediaMind before making the move to Carat in the US just over two years ago.
Bow said: “By working on content strategy and building out capabilities across Asia Pacific we’ll be able to provide brands with more engaging ways to connect with consumers and be more culturally relevant when doing so. I’m looking forward to working with the team here to grow our clients’ businesses through well-built content strategies.”
