FCB Ulka won a Bronze Lion on the 5th day of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2021 for their ‘Out and Proud Classified’ campaign for The Times of India under the Sustainable Development Goals category.
With this, India’s Lion tally stood at 22, which includes 2 Gold Lions, 9 Silver Lions, and 11 Bronze Lions, surpassing 18 metals in 2019 and 21 in 2018.
FCB India, Integrated Communications agency group that houses FCB Interface and FCB Ulka, won 8 metals, followed by Digital Agency Dentsu Webchutney at 7 metals.

On the 4th day, India won 4 metals. The ‘Punishing Signal’ campaign by FCB Interface for Mumbai Police won Bronze Lion’s Brand Experience and Activation category. Dentsu Webchutney won a Bronze Lion for Swiggy Instamart’s ‘The Better Half Recipes’ campaign under the Creative eCommerce category. Cheil added a Silver Lion for ‘Now, words aren’t just heard, but felt’ campaign for Samsung in the Mobile category. Dentsu Webchutney’s ‘The 8-Bit Journo’ for Vice Media picked a Bronze Lion under the same category.
Indian agencies bagged a total of eight Lions on the second day of the festival and seven lion on the first day of the festival.
