In 2020, we saw high demand for world-class video streaming technology as organisations invested in their video technology stack as part of their business continuity strategy. Be it enterprise organisations, OTT services, virtual events educational providers, or retailers – we saw uplift in companies getting serious about video as part of their digital transformation plans.
In 2021, we plan to focus on several key areas within our business in India. First, we will continue to serve our customer base in India and increase our footprint in neighbouring markets. As organizations across India continue to focus on virtual events, OTT, online learning, and ecommerce, we will help them leverage the power of video and use it strategically to meet their strategic goals and objectives.
Second, in order to increase our footprint, we need a strong, scalable channel partner network to help us scale distribution and reach customers in their local markets. We launched a new partner program in 2020 and will continue to expand our partner portfolio in 2021 to leverage our industry leadership position and unlock incremental revenue streams for our customers’ and partner’s businesses. This strategic partner program will not just cover a wider market space, but also build a stronger ecosystem to address the various customisation needs of our customers and market segments. Brightcove’s video platform delivers a world-class, immersive experience with the ability to capitalise on ROI, scalability, flexibility, and networking capabilities.
