New Delhi: Blink Digital has reported a surge in demand for digital and social media campaigns especially from B2C clients. With the growing graph, the company also announced a slew of promotions to strengthen their higher management. As the demand for digital marketing professionals is increasing, Blink Digital as a company is also growing at a rapid pace which is at the rate of more than 20% Y-O-Y. During this disruption period last year Blink Digital managed to service their clients effortlessly, even those digital channels that may have been classified as emerging in recent years were adopted by them. Blink Digital has bagged most of the digital accounts of brands like Amazon Pay x Uber, Coldarin, Listerine, Massive Restaurant, etc.
Along with growth of the company, the agency has announced the promotion of around four of their employees to the leadership role. Nicole Ferrazwill overlook the complete creative team for Blink Digital as the Group Creative Director. Sadhvi Dhawan who has been handling media planning and buying will look after a larger team as Group Media Director, whereas Khushboo Bhatt, and Imad Sirkhot have been promoted as Client Service Directors. All of them have played a key role in the growth and success of Blink Digital since joining of the organization.

Blink Digital this year signed a deal with WeWork India to introduce a ‘work from anywhere’ policy that will allow its employees to work from wherever they are comfortable. In the coming years they are looking at promoting more & more employee friendly initiatives.
