With an aim to make the customer experience more convenient, the company has also launched their new-format stores, and built omnichannel features of self-checkout, click and collect, and same-day delivery, allowing users to avoid queues at stores and enabling quick and contactless shopping. Talking about personalization in beauty, Health & Glow has been a pioneer having launched a dermatologist and tech-backed skin analysis and product recommendation tool, Skin Expert, in 2019, which leverages AI to provide personalized skincare recommendations to users based on a detailed analysis of their skin type.
