Three months after its launch in Asia, BBC Earth emerged as number one among factual channels in Singapore in December 2015*
The channel was the most watched pay TV factual channel among all audiences* in December, beating six other channels in the factual set.
The channel was led to the top by a variety of factual programmes – The Hunt, narrated by David Attenborough which takes an intimate and detailed look at the remarkable strategies employed by hunters to catch their prey and the hunted to escape; Extreme Fishing with Robson Green in which actor and fishing enthusiast Robson Green travels around the world in search of the greatest fishing destinations; and landmark series, Life Below Zero which follows six people who live in the remote areas of Alaska and their everyday struggles as they hunt and survive using the resources they have.

BBC Earth channel is available on StarHub Channel 407 in Singapore. It rebranded from BBC Knowledge in October 2015. In Asia, it’s available in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Vietnam.
