For the third consecutive week, Hindustan Lever maintained the top spot among the Top advertisers’ category with an ad volume of 4877.6 (‘000 secs) in Week 25, as per the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India weekly report.
Reckitt India maintained its second for the second week 2892.73 ((‘000 secs) ad volumes. Brooke Bond Lipton Tea, Procter& Gamble, ITC Ltd, Colgate Palmolive maintained their respective spots like last week. Brooke Bond Lipton Tea bagged the third spot with 970.05 (‘000 secs) ad volumes, followed by Procter& Gamble with 781 (‘000 secs) ad volumes. ITC Ltd stood at 5th place with 764.93 (‘000 secs), followed by Colgate Palmolive with 663.25 (‘000 secs). Amazon Online India Pvt Ltd stood at the 7th spot with 604.3 (‘000 secs) ad volume, followed by Cadburys India Ltd with 580 (‘000 secs) ad volume. Ponds India stood at the 9th spot with ad volumes of 498.49 (‘000 secs). Godrej Consumer Products maintained its 10th spot with ad volumes of 466.02 (‘000 secs).
Week 24 witnessed two new brand entries in the Top Brand category. In week 25, Social Message- Star Network and Itch Guard entered the top brand’s list.
Among the Top brands’ category for a third consecutive week, Dettol Toilet Soaps maintained its first spot with an ad volume of 365.23 (‘000 secs). Horlicks claimed the second spot with 358.15 (000s’) ad volumes. Surf Excel Easy Wash which was at the third spot in Week 24, bagged the third spot this week with ad volumes of 273.6 (‘000s). Lizol, which was at the second spot last week, stood at the fourth spot with 269.6 (000s) ad volumes. Google Search, a new entrant to the list last week and was at the tenth spot, claimed the 5th spot with 262.21 (‘000s) ad volumes. First in class. which was at the 8th spot in Week 24, stood at 6th spot with 258.55 (‘000s) ad volumes, followed by Colgate Dental Cream with 253 (000s) ad volumes. Harpic Bathroom Cleaner claimed the 8th spot with 248.36 (‘000s) ad volumes. New entrant Social Message- Star Network claimed the 9th spot with 248.3 (000s) ad volumes, followed by Itch Guard with 248.17 (000s) ad volumes.
