As per the BARC data (Market Share pc 24hrs TG:15+, India, Week 40-43’22, All Day), News18 India has maintained its lead with 15.7 pc, followed by TV9 Bharatvarsh at 13.7 pc, Aaj Tak 12.5 pc and India TV accounting for 12.2 pc.
News18 India has continued its dominance in the coveted Prime Time slot, with the channel amassing 16.4 pc market share as per the BARC data (Market Share pc, 1800- 2400hrs, TG:15+ HSM, week 40-43’22, All days). Meanwhile TV9 Bharatvarsh, Aaj Tak and India TV managed 14.9 pc, 12.4 pc and 12.1 pc respectively.
News18 India’s Kishore Ajwani also continued his dominance in the prestigious 9-10PM band. While News18 India dominated the news segment with 18.5 pc market share, India TV managed 15.9 pc, followed by Republic Bharat with 14.3 pc and Aaj Tak with 13.6 pc respectively as per BARC data (Market Share pc, 2100- 2200hrs, TG:15+ HSM, week 40-43’22, Mon-Fri).
On the digital front, the News18 brands have been garnering solid traction with its views increasing steadily across YouTube and other social media platforms.
