Ashar Group’s new brand campaign highlights the ‘Promises Delivered’

Mumbai: Ashar Group, a real estate developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), has unveiled its brand campaign, ‘Promises Delivered’. The aim is to reiterate the developers’ mission. The new campaign adopts a new design philosophy focusing on urban maximalism, aiming to create spaces that not only fulfil functional needs but also foster a sense of belonging and joy.

Emphasising Ashar Group’s five core values, which include ‘Authenticity’, ‘Simplicity’, and ‘Joy’, the campaign looks to position the brand as ‘Credible’ and ‘Reliable’, seeking to fulfil all of its commitments towards its customers and all stakeholders. The heart of this campaign lies a deep-rooted brand manifesto emphasising the significance of promises in shaping human connections and moments explains the company.

“Our journey has been guided by the belief that every promise made is an assurance to turning dreams into reality. We are one of the only real estate developers in MMR with 0 RERA complaints, and with ‘Promises Delivered’, we aim to showcase our steadfast dedication to delivering on our commitments, upholding our core values, and enriching lives through exceptional spaces. The three-pronged discipline of Form Follows Function, Minimal Maximalism, and Local Charm and Convergence guide the creation of spaces that resonate with residents and communities alike” said Ayushi Ashar, director Ashar Group.

Local Charm And Convergence: By prioritising an in-depth understanding of local characteristics and consumer preferences, Ashar Group curates authentic designs that not only respect the environment but also elevate the entire neighbourhood.

The ‘Promises Delivered’ campaign goes live across Print, Digital, OOH, and multiple other media networks and, most importantly, across customer experience touchpoints and social media. The new campaign, designed by Concept Communication, reflects on the timeless value of promises. The aim is to highlight how each fulfilled promise contributes to the fabric of integrity, character, and trust.
