Mumbai: AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team with five key appointments. This includes the company’s first Chief Product Officer and leadership hires from global giants like Google and Procter & Gamble, as well as the elevation of key internal talent.
The newly appointed leaders include:
Ryuji Takemoto as Chief Product Officer
Shodai Fujita as Country Manager, Japan
Kiatisak Watcharapruk as Managing Director of Creator Growth
Masaki Okawa as Managing Director of Strategy
Steven Tan as Managing Director of Fulfillment
These appointments come as AnyMind Group accelerates its transformation into an AI-native BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) company, enhancing its product, strategy, and operations across Asia. The AI-native model integrates software and operations to improve productivity, agility, and scalability in business workflows.

Chief Product Officer: Ryuji Takemoto
Takemoto, AnyMind’s first engineer and most recently Managing Director of Product Development, now assumes the role of Chief Product Officer. He will lead the integration of AI across product development and internal operations. He oversees five engineering hubs globally and spearheads the AI App Studio unit.
“As AnyMind advances our transformation to become an AI-native company, I am committed to accelerating this journey by deepening the implementation of AI technologies into our platforms and enhance feature sets, whilst improving our operational capacity and efficiency by equipping all levels of the company with AI and LLM capabilities, ultimately to deliver even greater value for our customers,” said Takemoto.
Country Manager, Japan: Shodai Fujita
Fujita, who began his career at AnyMind as a graduate trainee, takes charge as Country Manager of Japan. He previously co-led the company’s marketing and e-commerce businesses in Japan.
“Having started my career at AnyMind and grown alongside the company, I’m deeply honored to now lead our Japan business. As we enter a new phase of growth driven by AI and operational excellence, I’m excited to accelerate innovation across our offerings and further unlock value for our customers and ecosystem in Japan,” said Fujita.
Managing Director of Creator Growth: Kiatisak Watcharapruk
Watcharapruk joins from Google, where he led the launch of Gemini and other AI initiatives across Asia Pacific. At AnyMind, he will drive strategy and global direction for the creator growth business unit.

Managing Director of Strategy: Masaki Okawa
A 16-year Procter & Gamble veteran, Okawa takes on the newly created role of Managing Director of Strategy, focusing on scaling e-commerce, regional sales, and growth markets.

Managing Director of Fulfillment: Steven Tan
Founder and CEO of Arche Digital, which was acquired by AnyMind Group, Steven Tan adds the role of Managing Director of Fulfillment to his portfolio. He will drive strategy for warehousing, storage, distribution, and enhance offline infrastructure across the region.
“We’re taking a strategic step to drive further operational excellence and sustainable scalability. I’m looking forward to using my expertise to deliver further innovation in our fulfillment operations, enhancing our online capabilities from AnyLogi with offline infrastructure across the region,” said Tan.
These appointments follow the recent promotion of Lan Anh Nguyen as Country Manager of Vietnam in February 2025 and signal a new phase in AnyMind’s global expansion and AI-powered evolution.
