Mumbai: Anup Vishwanathan, Executive Vice President of Network Brand Strategy at Times Network, is leaving the organization after a three-year tenure. Joining the company in October 2021, Vishwanathan has made significant contributions to the brand strategy during his time.
While his next career move remains undisclosed, media reports suggest he may be heading to a major organization in a strategic leadership role in the near future. Prior to joining Times Network, Vishwanathan served as CEO of Creativeland Asia for over two years, collaborating closely with the agency’s Founder & Creative Chairman, Sajan Raj Kurup.
His career includes a notable stint at Sony Pictures Networks India, where he was the Marketing Head for its flagship General Entertainment Channel (GEC), Sony. Additionally, he held the position of Marketing Head for the English Entertainment Cluster at Times Television Network (TTN) in 2014. Anup Vishwanathan also gained valuable experience at Leo Burnett in 2006, managing prominent brands such as HDFC Life, Tata Capital, McDonald’s, and Sony Entertainment Television.
As he embarks on his next chapter, industry observers are eager to see where his extensive experience in brand strategy and marketing will lead him.
