MUMBAI: Bambinos.Live, an online English tutoring platform for kids aged 4-14, which appeared on Season 4 of Shark Tank has raised funding from founder investors —Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar and Riteish Aggarwal.
Bambinos.Live will use the funding to enhance its product offerings, strengthen its tech stack, and boost its marketing activities.
The main initiative will be on — Bambinos Doodle, an AI-enabled camera, that livestreams a child’s writing to their teacher for instant feedback—enhancing thinking, language, and academic performance.
It will also work on further improving the curriculum to drive best in class learning.
Bambinos says that it has had a 10X growth in revenue over the last three years and claims tp be one of the only edtech firms to be EBITDA positive with a 15% EBITDA Margin.
The goal is to hit a Rs 100 crore ARR by December 2025. It is currently one of India’s top rated programmes with a 4.7 Google rating with close to 6K independent parent reviews.
Bambinos.live had previously raised $500k in a pre seed round from marquee founders and angel investors such as Ankit Nagori (Cure.Fit & Eat.Fit), Neeraj Aggarwal (Xto10x), Abhishek Nag (AngelList, Netflix India), and the MEL family fund.

Gupta co-founded Bambinos in 2021 with Gaurav Brar to address the challenges of learning English, inspired by his own experiences during school.

By building a strong foundation in these essential skills, Bambinos.live said that it ensures that children are well-prepared for both academic challenges and real-world problem-solving.
With learning tools the company is looking to tap into the $10 billion opportunity in the online tutoring market. 65% of all parents in K-5 are not satisfied with the education that their kids are receiving in schools and 9/10 kids in India are not able to speak English properly.
55% of all students take after school tutoring to enhance their skills. Offline tutoring has its own challenges driven by the quality of teachers, curriculum, personalised education and convenience.
Currently, Bambinos offers three programmes – Unbox English, Alpha Maths and Little Yogi.
Unbox English has been designed to enhance communication skills through improved reading, speaking, and writing. Alpha Maths aims to help students excel in academics and competitive exams and Little Yogi is a Bhagavad Gita programme for young kids, guiding them to discover its wisdom and apply it in real life.
