Anish Varghese, Chief Creative Officer, Isobar India, has stepped down after more than seven years of association with the agency. May 31, 2021, is his last working day.
Anish is a visionary creative leader with 21+ years of experience in digital advertising, who can build strong narratives with experience as the core. Since setting foot in the digital industry, he has been passionate about using the creative use of technology to transform businesses and brands with experience as the core. He played an instrumental role in growing the Isobar India business over the past seven and half years and he was shortlisted for Campaign South Asia – “South Asia Creative Person of the Year” in 2017.
Varghese was promoted to the CCO’s role in 2019 from National Creative Director, a position he has held since 2017.
At Isobar, Anish was part of the executive committee that set the vision and implemented it with the core leadership team. He was also part of the Isobar global creative council who sets the agenda for the award and achieves it with the country-specific team. The prior role has been replicated for Dentsu Creative Council – India.
Prior to joining Isobar as Group Creative Director in 2013 he moved from Interactive Avenues where he spent about seven years and worked with Tribal DDB India and Flip Media Dubai.
Varghese has won multiple awards, including Clio, Clio Sports, AdFest, Epica Awards, Tangrams, and Emvies.
