Green Gold Animation has undertaken a strategic restructuring within the Promoter Group with the support of ADM Capital.
Samir Jain, co-founder of Green Gold Animation has decided to pursue new opportunities outside of the company and will focus on initiatives in the fast-growing toy segment in India. Rajiv Chilaka, founder of Green Gold Animation, will continue to drive the Company towards establishing itself as a pioneer in the children’s entertainment segment on the global stage.
Green Gold Animation is a specialized animation studio and pioneer in creating original Indian animation content for children across multiple geographies and languages. The studio holds the intellectual property rights for some of India’s most popular cartoon characters such as Chhota Bheem, Mighty Raju, the Krishna Series and many others. It is also the creator of Mighty Little Bheem, India’s first animated Netflix Original Series.
Speaking on the deal, S. Rajiv Chilaka, commented, “this transaction marks the successful culmination of Co-founder Mr. Samir Jain’s journey with us, and we wholeheartedly wish him the best in all his future pursuits.”
