Trivandrum : Malayalam satellite channel ”Amrita TV” plans a grand celebration on the occasion of Vishu in Kerala. The channel is slated to air a special line up on 15th April which would include World TV premiere of the movie Peruchazi. The film and features Mohan Lal along with Ragini, Mukesh, Baburaj, Aju Vargeesh and Vijay Thomas will be aired at 7 pm.
The celebration will begin at 6:30 AM with its heritage property Udayamritam followed by snippets from 11:30 am of new Malayalam movies slated for release during the Vishu week.
The other major Vishu highlights on Amrita TV includes a chat show with actress Kajal Agarwal at 12 noon followed by cookery show special Taste of Kerala.
The post-lunch programs starting at 2 PM will have a glimpse of the recently held successful Music and Dance Festival called Beypore Fest. The event features playback singers Sayanora and Mridula and dances by Iniya and Team, followed by performances by TV serial Actors.
