In his new role, Sethiya aims to create sharper marketing narratives that resonate with consumers and further solidify the brand’s position in the market.

Sethiya brings with him over two decades of extensive experience across various sectors, including steel, real estate, and consumer electronics. Most recently, he served as the Head of Marketing for Syska, where he oversaw marketing initiatives for a broad range of FMEG product lines, including LED lighting, personal care appliances, and smart home products. Prior to his tenure at Syska, he spent eight years at Tata Housing, gaining valuable insights into market dynamics and consumer behavior.
With his robust background and strategic vision, Sethiya is well-positioned to drive Polycab’s marketing efforts forward, leveraging his expertise to meet the evolving needs of consumers in the fast-paced electrical goods market.
