Amazon India unveiled its festive season campaign titled #MagicHaiAmazonHai shining the spotlight on its employees, associates and partners, who play a role in delivering packages and offering a convenient experience to customers.
Conceptualised by The Minimalist, the three-week-long campaign highlights the brand narrative of speed, reliability and service efficiency backed by people, processes and technology. The brand film follows the trail from when an order is placed until its delivery, taking on challenges such as finding the right product, to packaging it, finding the right delivery address and delivering it in time. The film also features a jingle that encapsulates the theme of the campaign, and the people behind it. Two teaser videos also were released as part of the campaign, as well as one showcasing the journey of an Amazon package.

The brand also employed an influencer-led activity.
