Alap Ghosh has stepped down from Google as Head of Data Technology Partnerships. He was associated with the company since 2021.
Revealing the departure on LinkedIn handle, Alap shared, “Goodbye Google. While I was with you, you gave me:

Before joining Google, Alap worked for Jellyfish as Managing Director between 2019 and 2021. He was also a Visiting Professor at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2016 to 2021. Prior to this, he associated with Syntropic Systems as Partner between 2015 and 2018. Previous to this, he played the role of Chief Product Officer at Markets and Markets for a short period.
Prior to his tenure with Markets and Markets, Alap worked for Madhouse as Director of Network and Partnerships from 2013 to 2015. Before this, he joined Komli Mobile as Director of Strategy between 2012 and 2013. Previous to this, he served for Mobango as Head of Sales in 2011.
He also served for the organizations including Media.Net, ActiveMedia Technology, Enpocket India, Cynapse, Chronosphere, and eofficeplanet. He starts his career as Project Leader since 1999.
With 25 years of experience, Alap has expertise in Revenue, Sales Strategy, Product and Marketing Functions, Market Research, Consumer Insights, Media Buying, Advertising, Digital Strategy, and Trading.
