Agnello Dias has stepped down from the position of Consultant from Dentsu. Dias, the Co-Founder and former Chief Creative Officer of Taproot Dentsu, entered the role of consultant in June this year. The sources close to the development have confirmed Dias’ exit from the Agency.
He is considered one of the most influential people in the Indian advertising world with a career span of more than 15 years with top international networks including Lowe and Leo Burnett, JWT. He has won many accolades nationally and internationally, including the AAAI /Advertising Agencies Association of India Copywriter of the Year (2004), the NDTV’s Creative Director of the Year (2007), which led Leo Burnett India to its first Agency of the Year recognition. In 2007 through Dias, India bagged its first Grand Prix and Titanium/Integrated Lion at Cannes.
Dentsu has witnessed top-level exodus in the recent past with the exit of talents like Vivek Bhargava, Samsudeen Jasani, and Anand Bhadkamkar in recent times.
