Adani Realty, a real estate developer, has collaborated with Mirum India to create an immersive experience for the homebuyers of its TEN BKC project .
The offering allows customers who book an apartment in TEN BKC, to experience their dream home immediately upon purchasing it, without having to wait for years.
Upon buying, buyers will be given ownership of the house in the form of NFTs (Non-fungible tokens), which will allow them to immediately take virtual possession of their new home. This additionally comes with a metaverse experience that lets buyers explore the property and access all its amenities, even while it’s still under construction. Buyers can also invite friends and family over the metaverse to experience their new space. All this has been made possible by Convrse.ai, the tech partner who is developing the Metaverse experience for Ten BKC homebuyers.
Commenting on the partnership, Rajeeb Das, Head of Sales & Marketing, Adani Realty, said, “Home buyers often have to wait for years before they get the possession of their home – delaying the happiness of owning the home. I am pleased that with our collaboration with Convrse.ai, our technology partner, where every home buyer of the TEN BKC project will get an immediate virtual possession through the way of NFT. For us to reach the individual homeowners, we are leveraging the strength of our Digital Marketing partner Mirum, we are empowering our buyers to have a realistic and immersive experience of the property before and after they purchase it. We believe this is a game-changer for the real estate industry.”
“We are thrilled to partner with Adani Realty on this initiative,” said Hareesh Tibrewala, Joint CEO, Mirum India. “By leveraging the power of Metaverse, we are able to provide homebuyers with an unparalleled immersive experience that has never been seen before in the industry. We are proud to have come up with this concept, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Adani Realty to create even more such initiatives in the future,” he added.
