India: Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity), a provider of bespoke research, analytics, staffing and technology solutions to the financial services sector, has named Jon O’Donnell as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Jon brings over 16 years of leadership experience from IBM, leading EMEA Business and Technology Consulting Divisions with up to 15,000 practitioners and $3 billion turnover annually. He was also part of IBM Consulting’s Global Leadership Team, holding key roles in EMEA and North America markets.
Acuity’s COO O’Donnell will lead the Executive Committee, supervising the Digital Solutions Group, Global Strategy, and enablement teams like Information Technology, Information Security, and Legal.
Jon will report to CEO Robert King at Acuity Knowledge Partners and lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with the executive team and senior leaders.

O’Donnell has spearheaded tech-centric business units, championing AI and cloud platforms. He prioritizes talent development, notably earning recognition at IBM for his commitment to diversity. His education blends Mathematics and Operational Research from Southampton University with credentials from CIMA and Saïd Business School.
